# Team Access & Multi-Store Management 👥

Whether you operate a single boutique or manage a portfolio of multi-brand stores, WooPilot AI provides native role-based access control (RBAC) and seamless store switching.

## 👥 Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

WooPilot AI distinguishes between two access tiers:

## 🔗 Single-Use Manager Invite Links

Store Owners can delegate day-to-day operations to staff without sharing WordPress administrator passwords or database credentials:

1. In the Mini App, navigate to **Team $\to$ Invite Manager** (or type `/invite` in chat).
2. WooPilot AI generates a secure, one-time Telegram deep link:
   `https://t.me/WooPilotAIBot?start=invite_9k8j7h6g...`
3. The manager opens the link and taps **Start**.
4. Access is granted instantly, and the Owner receives a notification in Telegram.

## 🏪 Multi-Store Switching (`/stores`)

If you manage multiple WooCommerce stores with one Telegram account:

1. Type `/stores` in chat.
2. An interactive list of your connected shops appears with their active status:
   * `🟢 MyGymShop (Owner) — PRO [ACTIVE]`
   * `⚪ SportMarket (Manager) — FREE`
3. Tap any store to instantly switch your active conversation and analytics context.
