Getting started with WooPilot AI requires zero API key generation, zero complex webhook configurations, and zero manual database entries. Everything is handled via an encrypted, 1-click dynamic QR handshake.

Step 1: Install the WordPress Connector Plugin

You can install the lightweight connector plugin in two ways:

Option A: From WordPress.org Plugin Directory

  1. In your WordPress Admin Panel, navigate to Plugins →\to Add New.
  2. Search for connect-woopilot-assistant (or WooPilot Assistant).
  3. Click Install Now and then Activate.

Option B: Direct .ZIP Archive Upload

  1. Download the latest official connector archive: Download connect-woopilot-assistant.zip
  2. In WordPress Admin, navigate to Plugins →\to Add New →\to Upload Plugin.
  3. Choose the .zip file and click Activate Plugin.
Requirements: WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 8.0+, and MySQL 5.7+ (or MariaDB 10.3+). High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) is fully supported out of the box.

Step 2: Scan the Dynamic QR Code

  1. In your WordPress admin sidebar, navigate to WooCommerce →\to WooPilot AI.
  2. A dynamic, one-time pairing QR code with a 10-minute validity timer will appear on your screen.
  3. Open the camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code.
  4. Telegram will automatically launch @WooPilotAIBot with your encrypted store pairing token.
  5. Tap Start in the Telegram chat.
